We worked with Deb to find our dream house and then to sell the house we currently owned. Deb was so patient and took us to see many houses and gave us fair advice and observations about the homes we looked at. I never once felt pressure to make an offer on a house we didn't love. We were purchasing in a tough market and Deb gave us honest advice about writing our offers and what we could expect. I never felt any pressure to offer more than I was comfortable (in fact, she encouraged me to only make sure I was doing what I was comfortable with!). When selling our house, she helped us come up with a fair listing price, and helped us vet potential offers. I always felt like I received great, honest advice. Not to mention - we just love Deb. She is funny, down to earth, and a great person to be around. She has loads of experience and it is obvious in how she handles everything. She is quick to respond to even my silliest questions and concerns and never makes me feel like they were silly. I could not recommend Deb enough to anyone needing to buy or sell their home. You are in good hands with Deb!

Deb and Dave worked with us every step of the way, from getting ready to list through the closing. We interview 4 agents. Deb, by far had the best ideas for presenting our home and proposed a price, that compared with the other realtors, seemed neither unrealistically high nor discouraging low. All of their ideas were on target and paid off!

Not only would I highly recommend Deborah, she is the only Realtor I would use to sell or buy a home! Debbie is the most knowledgeable realtor in the Syracuse market. Additionally, she has an innate sense of what is needed to successfully market and sell a home. Debbie goes above and beyond what realtors do. We had already moved out of state when Debbie listed our house. She would check out home at last weekly and communicated with us every few days. When scheduling permitted, she would meet the showing realtor at the house in order to be sure that realtor was aware of the special features unique to our home. During the final stage of the sale, Deb orchestrated the minor repair items on the inspection list. We used her advice and knowledge throughout the entire process.
